Health & Safety Policy

We at DBM fully understand and acknowledge the need for a high level of understanding and awareness with regards to health and safety in the work place.

It is our company policy that all members of our management and tradesmen and labouring staff are all CSCS qualified,our supervisors are required to have achieved their 2 day supervisors qualification as a minimum requirement. Every member of staff is supplied with all the required PPE equipment.

Our company health and safety manual is reviewed and updated if required every six months,it is our policy to ensure that all members of staff have full access to our company health and safety manual at all times, along with our clients if they so wish to seeĀ it.

Prior to every project we carry out detailed risk assessments of all works we shall incur on each project, as a result detailed method statements are completed to ensure a safe working environment for all.

Every member of staff is supplied with full copies of all risk and method statements prior to attending each project, further to this we carry out weekly tool box talks for all members of staff which incorporate all risk assessments and method statements.
